1. Who we are

wastD is an apparel brand operating this online store and shipping within India. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the site.

Registered entity name, address and GSTIN to be inserted here before launch.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. Up to that point we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item turns out to be unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Where we cancel, you get a full refund and an explanation.

3. Limited Editions and availability

Products are released in Editions, each a single finite production run. We do not restock a sold-out Edition. Stock shown on the site is indicative and can change between you adding an item to your cart and completing payment; availability is confirmed only at the point the order is accepted. Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, we refund it in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged as set out on the shipping page. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials.

The amount charged is always the total calculated by our server from current catalogue prices at the moment the order is created. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Discount codes

Promotional codes are valid only for the period, products and minimum order value stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless we say otherwise. We may void a code and cancel the order where it has been obtained or used in bad faith.

6. Delivery

We ship across India only. Delivery is free on every order — the cost is included in the listed price and no shipping line is added at checkout. Orders placed before 6 PM IST on a working day are packed the same day.

Indicative delivery windows from dispatch:

• Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad — 7 to 12 days;
• everywhere else in India — 8 to 15 days;
• remote pincodes (North East, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar) sit at the top of that range and occasionally beyond it.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and they exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festivals, weather, courier strikes and regional restrictions all move them, and we do not offer compensation for a delivery that lands late within a reasonable margin.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace or refund it in full. If delivery fails because the address or phone number given was wrong, or nobody was available after three reasonable attempts, the parcel returns to us and we may charge the actual redelivery cost before sending it again.

Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If it is visibly damaged or has been opened, photograph it before unpacking and tell us within 48 hours — that evidence is what makes a courier claim succeed.

6a. Product description and colour

Our tees are 240 GSM combed, garment-dyed cotton in a boxed oversized cut. Because every garment is garment-dyed and the artwork is DTF-printed at A3, small variations in shade, print placement and measurement are inherent to the process rather than defects. Flat measurements carry a tolerance of ±0.5 inch — see the size guide.

Screen colours vary between devices. We photograph honestly and do not retouch garment colour, but we cannot guarantee that the shade on your screen matches the shade in your hand exactly, and a minor difference on that basis is not a fault.

7. Returns and refunds

Governed by our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

8. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach the security of this site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, resell our products as if they were your own brand, or use it to commit fraud. We may suspend access where any of these occur.

9. Intellectual property

The wastD name, logo, star mark, garment designs, photography and site copy are our property. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the design.

10. User content

If you tag us or send us photographs, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reshare them on our own channels with credit. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we won't.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [city to be inserted] have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer disputes may also be raised on the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal.
