Common questions
- Where do I find my order number?
- It's in your confirmation email and on your invoice, in the format WASTD/LAUNCH01/0001. You can paste the whole thing or just the tail — we'll normalise it.
- Why does it ask for my email too?
- Order numbers are sequential, so the number alone would let anyone guess their way into someone else's order. The email on the order acts as the shared secret.
- How long until my order ships?
- Orders placed before 6 PM IST on a working day are packed the same day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
